There is no shortage of information available to those with cancer or a history of cancer, but finding trustworthy sources can be challenging. To assist you, I've curated a list of resources that I consider credible and generally helpful for many individuals facing cancer. While I strive to recommend high-quality sources, I cannot continuously review every update or guarantee the accuracy of all information presented.

    • I offer this resource with careful consideration, recognizing its potential value while also acknowledging its limitations. It's important to approach this material with a balanced perspective. Following the strategies within Radical Remission does not provide any guarantees of a “cure”; however, I think there is much to be gained from quality of life by implementing and exploring the strategies discussed within.

  • Mindfulness based cancer recovery - Link

    • An online mindfulness course and book developed for those with cancer. Well studied with evidence of wonderful benefits.

  • Mindfulness based stress reduction

    • Courses are held all over the world in person and online. A free online course is available here

  • Mindfulness-based cancer recovery: a step-by-step MBSR approach to help you cope with treatment and reclaim your life, by Linda Carlson and Michael Speca

  • Yoga therapy practices with Anne Pitman - Link

    • A wonderful yoga therapist with decades of experience working with those with cancer. Yoga therapy is a gentle, meditative movement (not a physical workout). Anne offers 7 short audio-guided practices on her website.
